About the iron fittings:
¿ I can hardly close the window sash because is slightly dropped ?
Lifting the sash is easy, you have to regulate the hinges through the regulation hole. Follow the user manual or video instructions:

¿Turning the handle to close the window is too hard ?
You should regulate the sash fittings pressure with the frame keepers following the users manual instructions.
¿ The handle is loose?
The handle base is loose and needs tightening. Follow the users guide or watch the video.

Tighten the haft screw with the L key that you will find in our kit. Follow the users guide or watch the video
My handles have corrosion pittings, how can I eliminate them?
It is common in golden finishing handles exposed to constant moisture. Try to remove them with Aladin metal cleaner, but consider to exchange them for a chrome or Zirtanio golden finishing

¿The tilt and turn window sash is off the hook ?
Hold the espagnolette latch and put the sash back to its place, then rotate the handle to close. Follow the user manual directions or watch the video
About the varnish:
¿ The vanish is flaking, how can I fix it?
You must remove the flakes, sanding the surface, apply one coat of prime coating(dye) and two of lacquer. Follow the maintenance guide for varnishes.
If the coating is in warranty period you should let us know calling our customer service. Otherwise you can contact us to hire our repair services.
If you have any problem with the reconditioning should contact us through our customer service.
¿ how do I clean the windows timber?
maintenance kit. You should clean them at least twice a year, preferably in spring and autumn..

¿How can I remove resin from my pinewood windows?
You should let the resin crystallize for scraping. Follow our varnishes maintenance guide directions
¿How can I repair paint damages such as scratches or blows?

¿ Once the coating is repaired, how long can it last ?
Depends on several factors such as the window orientacion, the weather, coating colour, as well as, the wood or the sunlight protection of the window.Follow the recoloring table in our coating maintenance guide.
About insulation and watertightness
¿ when it rains, water gets under my windows flashing or moisture appear on the wall?
Check the exterior sealing between the frame and the building. Then check the joints between the wodden parts. If everything is correct the problem is the window gap waterproofing.For that you should talk to a builder.
¿ I get a lot of noise, even air flow through my window?
Check that the sash is fully closed, specially pasive or second sash and that the latch is done..
The handle must be rotated 90 degrees for a good closure.
¿ When it rains, water gets between the pieces of the socket?
Check from the outside, that the pieces joint is not open. You should seal it with neutral silicone or call our after-sales service in case is under warranty. These parts are guaranteed for 10 years.
About glass panes :
¿My glass panes condense easily in winter?
Condensation is a phenomenon that involves two factors, glazing temperature and relative humidity. The moisture in the air condenses on cold surfaces and their relationship is direct. The lower the temperature in the glass, less moisture in the air is necessary to produce condensation.
So in a room with a 60% relative humidity and a temperature of 21 °, a simple glass condense when the outside temperature is 8 degrees, double glazing to -4 º and double glazing with reinforced thermal insulation to -20 degrees.
¿how can I replace a broken glass in my window?
If the glass is scratched you could fix it as long as the depth is less than the thickness of a fingernail. There are products to polish glass in many hardware stores and DIY centers.
