Information about our warranty:

All Roman W & D products are made of the highest quality materials and parts available on the market with a strict compliance with all the applicable Comunity quality standards(EN) and their CE makets.
We cover all our on building site installed products with a one year total warranty, including defecting parts or components repair or replacement with no travel or labor expenses for the customer.
When the total warranty expires, a limited warranty will be applied for defective parts and components.

Warranty Registration :

The warranty registration and documentation delivery are done by our after-sales service or dealer once the woodwork installation is done. Along with the warranties a maintenance kit, and the use and care guides will be distribuited.
